Behind Perfectly Filled Cupcakes

I started making my cupcakes for a "Twilight" Party.  I wanted to duplicate the menu from the premier party for my girl friends.  At that event they served "Vampire" cupcakes.  So there we were. The first cupcake was born.  They served a cupcake that was yellow cake, filled with strawberry and frosted with cream cheese frosting.  Then they had little vampire bite marks.  I made my version that is still very popular today.

Then my girlfriend, Pam Harmon, was helping her son, a HS senior at the time, host a Halloween party.  So that was my  first party.   I ended up baking for all of their Halloween parties and all three Graduation parties.

Next thing you know I'm baking for Graduation parties, Bridal Showers and Baby Showers.  Since then I have moved to weddings and many other events and occasions.

 

 

No event is too big or too small.  Every event is special.  Every expecting mom and new bride is special.  Valentines day, birthday, anniversary.  You name it and I can accommodate it.  Just ask.
