We will have monthly Flavors of macarons. We will have Very Vanilla, Pistachio, Blue Raspberry
and Raspberry White Chocolate all the time.

Blue Raspberry
Blue shell with a sprinkle of blue and clear sanding sugar. Filled with a blue raspberry swiss meringue buttercream.
Very Vanilla
Vanilla bean shell. Filled with a vanilla bean swiss meringue butter cream.

Pistachio
Pistachio shell. Filled with a pistachio butterbream.
Raspberry White Chocolate
Raspberry shells painted on the inside with white chocolate. Filled with a raspberry cheesecake buttercream.
January Features
Black Forest
Cherry Shells painted on the inside with dark chocolate. Finished with a maraschino cherry buttercream and maraschino cherry core and rolled in chocolate jimmies.
Blue Raspberry
Blue shell with a sprinkle of blue and clear sanding sugar. Filled with a blue raspberry swiss meringue buttercream.
Blood Orange
Blood orange flavored swirled shell. Filled with a blood orange cheesecake buttercream.
Turtle
Chocolate flavored shell painted on the inside with milk chocolate. With a caramel core and a caramel buttercream with chopped pecans mixed in.
February Features
Caramelized Honey
Filled with a caramelized honey buttercream. Rich but not over sweet.
Chocolate Strawberry
Chocolate shells. Shells are painted with a dark chocolate and then filled with strawberry filling and chocolate buttercream.
Love "knot" Pretzel
Pink shell filled with a pretzel buttercream.
Passionfruit
Passionfruit shell. Filled with a passion fruit cream cheese butterbream.
March Features
Lemon Blueberry
Blueberry shell filled with a blueberry filling with lemon buttercream.
Robins Egg
Decorated shell filled with a malted milk chocolate ganache.
Banana
Banana Flavored Shell with a Banana Swiss meringue buttercream.
Lucky Charms
Pink and blue shell with a marshmallow Swiss meringue buttercream.
